Milton wants "PIG"...

Milton's interest in the guinea pigs seem to have been declining lately...until yesterday...

Wife brought Harvey and Irving Pig into our bedroom (Milton"s room) so she could clean cages...somebirdie noticed...

Milton: "DAT PIG?"

Me: Yes, Mom is cleaning cages, Milt...

Milton: "HUNGRY...EAT DEM NOW"...

Me: We don't eat Pigs...and you're not hungry, Bird...

Milton: "I LOVE IT...I LOVE MORE"....(a little explanation...Milton says that when he's getting a food treat)

Me: You're NOT going to eat the pigs, cockatoo! (Again, an explanation for people who do not know....Milton abhors being called "cockatoo", for some reason. I only use the word in reference to Milton when I'm displeased with him)

Milton: "YOU BAD BIRD...WANNA EAT PIG NOW!"

By this time the littles have heard the commotion, and start their own chorus of "EAT A PIG" resounding through the house. All of a sudden, another voice is heard...a different one. BUDDY is now yelling what sounds like "PIG"...over and over.

Me: See what you've started, Milton?

Milton: "WHATEVER....EAT PIG NOW"....

Now that I have ventured back to the avenue, I think several days will need to be devoted to catching up on Milty's adventures and antics! Sigh, if only the mods had taken my advice and set up a Milton's Motorway so that ALL of your perfectly retold Milty stories were grouped in one place and his fans need never miss a single one

People have asked me to put Milton's stories together in some kind of coherent book form. There are quite a few stories, but I don't know if there's enough to be published...maybe a e-book would be an appropriate venue.
As for Buddy, I think we were luckier party in the situation. He's a real hoot...I call him my "Feisty Little Guy"...

Milton doesn't like the guinea pigs. A few years ago, he got into the front room and climbed onto one of the piggie's cages...where he displayed by weaving back and forth and hissed at the pig below him.
I believe he would attack the pigs if he could...

I love Miltons conversations! He is such a special bird, the first time I read a Milton story a while ago I was like what... This is too good to be true right? Then I read a few more and I was like He is so smart! Thank you so much for sharing all these wonderfull stories

Are you sure Milton has not been watching documentaries of traditional Peruvian lifestyles and got a bit curious? Or did he do a YouTube search on 'that' topic?
