Video Lucky Lou and Coco Too Sponsorship Program for the Special Refuge Birds

Hi All
Coco started a new program where we feature birds that need extra who are from the refuge.
I have featured two now, you all may enjoy the videos, see below. I will bring their goodies to them and keep the extras with their names on the bags with the cage so things can be given out freely by the volunteers.

Odette and Pierre are two bonded GW macaws. They are extremely active and pretty aggressive. They don't get out of their cage much as there isn't many that can handle them, actually only one can and she gets a chomp each time lol
They love toys and treats, and perches. They need them all the time to keep busy.

Klara is a U2 who is underweight, nervous and very shy. She loves all kinds of toys especially baskets! She stays busy to keep her mind off her troubles.

I already feel very guilty that I can't do more. I have considered this quite a few times since the whole WPR thing started. The biggest problem I have is I don't have anymore space (they literally own half my house). Especially to do it right. I know my limits. I'm at my limit.

I have plans for retirement but we aren't there yet.

This is the start of year 3 that our province's economy has been in the toilet. Nobody is doing well.

There's also a very big powerful bird that lives here that has put up with my bird obsession without question (she is very allergic to them). I love her very much. I'd like to keep it that way.

As I've said, once I have real time (retirement) which isn't that far off I plan to do a lot more.
