I want to make homemade food for lovebirds. What should I include in mash to make sure they get everything they need

They usually like all sorts of fresh veggies, especially leafy greens.
Kamara likes sweet potato and carrots too( but only the little sweet ones)

My birds love those organic baby leafy greens. They get an end in their beak.........then slowly but surely that little leaf disappears! They also like to throw them around a lot, LOL. Mine ate a little Pluot scrap and also a little yellow melon. I do intend to start experimenting with sprouts. I have a sprouter and some high quality sprouting seed. But I have been focusing on letting them get settled in. They are also on seed and pellets as well. I have given them Butternut Squash cubes (cooked) and they eat a little of that too. They seem to try whatever I have time to prepare for them. Good luck, I know there will be other suggestions for you.
