Oh yes they love their fresh foods! This one has:

butternut squash
corn
green beans
carrots
broccoli
a bit of canteloupe
a bit of berries

Cooked:
black beans
lentils
amaranth
quinoa
millet
brown rice
wild rice
buckwheat

Plus some sprouts and AO Sweet Potato Bread

Hey my boys are eating almost exactly the same today regarding the fresh Parr! Only the dandelion greens is broccoli and carrot tops for them That is a Nice coocked mix also, they must love that!
