Can I let Rico sample a lemon slice. Ive been finding a lot of contradictory Information. I'm sure the seeds are a bug no-no.

I would remove the peel and the seeds. You have no idea what has been sprayed on the lemons unless they come from your backyard or are 100% organic and you are positive about that. I've never given lemons to my birds, though, and I have a lemon tree in the backyard. I just feel they are too acidic.

I don't think there is any nutritional value at all so IMO not worth letting them try.

There is nutritional value in lemons. They are a great source of vitamin C as well as flavonoids and potassium but I still wouldn't give them to my birds. :)
