My rainbow loriket, layed a egg, she is just over 1 and lives in a cage by her self, she has attached her self to my husband and is happy and healthy. She laid the non fertlized egg yesterday and im not willing to take it off her, in case she gets upset with me. She has been spending alot of time with the egg and apparently didnt come to her food last night, she is allowing us to pet her now and hasnt bit me for couple of weeks. She spends most of her time in the gage she is happy there we leave the door open but she dosnt see the need to leave the cage. We take her out n play with her and she been fine. She sleeps when the house light's are off, i can start puting a blanket on her the increases her sleep, if that will help ... just not sure what to do.

You're doing right, let her keep the egg, she will probably lay a few more, about every other day.
Just be sure she has plenty of food easily available since she may not want to leave the eggs for very long to eat.
If she doesn't mind coming out to play, keep doing that, but it's normal for her to not want to come out much.
Keeping her covered for longer - 12 hours a day - can help reduce hormones. It's a little late right now to affect her egg laying, although it wouldn't hurt either. She will probably want to sit on the eggs for a few weeks and will then lose interest and you can take them away.
