Well, the breeder I have gotten a few birds from sent me a picture of the clutch and asked if I was interested....Ed, my roommate, said yes, you are, let's go get one, lol.
I know she is a cinnamon pearl, pied. But not sure if it's a cream face, or pastel face.
She has a great disposition, a real cuddle bug. Only fusses when she's hungry, and quiets right down after feedings.
Really does beat socks or a scarf, lol!!

That looks like spray millet. Not sure it knows that it needs to 'crack' the husk to eat the meat. Try a pellet, it's much healthier.

My birds eat organic chop, nutri-berries, and pellets with seed as treats. However, baby cockatiels are usually started on millet, then parakeet seed, then introduced to pellets because they are too hard for then to break with their beaks. I start mine with millet, then chop, then pellets. Her main nutrition will be Exact for at least 6 more weeks. The more tastes and textures shes introduced to at this age, the better she'll eat when shes older.
Millet is very easy to eat for babies, chop can be hard for her to digest at 4 weeks depending on the ingredients, but she will start to pick at it.

Noel plays tag with Baby~"you're it!"

Noel took her first flights this morning. Its always a sign when they dont want to eat. Flapping wings as hard as they can 20 times a day in the cage, until BOOM! They just take off.
Noel is an excellent flyer, and really great at landing. 3 flights in succession, landing first on the curtains, next on the molding at the top of the wall, and next on the fireplace mantle. No crashes, looked like she'd done it for years.
Now to teach her flight recall..........

Noel is now 6 weeks. Working on flight recall with her this week. She seems to be catching on well.
