King's Cages

Is King's Cages still in business? I have two of their cages. One is an aluminum cage, which I really love. My local shop, about a year ago, told me that they stopped making them, that much I know, and that is a shame, because in my opinion at least, they are great cages. I tried to go to what I find to be their website from Google searches. Those all time out and go nowhere. Have they gone out of business?

Kings is currently in the process of relocating their facility (New Jersey to Florida, I believe). They were trying to sell off all of their inventory in preparation for the move as recently as end of February, so not sure where they are at with it. I was just on their website a few days ago, so might be getting close; probably pulled it down to do some work on it.

But yes, the aluminum cages, including travel carriers, were discontinued a few years ago.

I REALLY wish they would not have discontinued the Aluminum cages and carriers. At least I got an aluminum cage for my White Bellied Caique. Thanks for the info.

The costs of aluminum skyrocketed between tariffs and COVID, unfortunately I have one for my Jardine's I got on Craigslist several years ago!

By the way, when I first got my amazons I wanted those travel cages. I was too reluctant to spend the money and WHAM they disappeared.

Several years later they were back. My Christmas bonus went for the birds that year!

Stay tuned to the website if you want brand new. Perhaps they will return... again.
