Just to Add to Chinchilla-ness: Luke!

So everyone has seen the amazingly beautiful Delilah, so I wanted to show off my Luke. Luke is around a year and a half old and is a hetero beige morph Chinchilla. Luke has been with me for a year and I love him to death. Here are a few pictures of my baby boy.

Not to be the downer but wire platforms/ramps are horrible for them. If he should ever get a toe or leg sucks when he's Bouncing around he could easily break a leg.

The freckles are genetic to the hetero beige morph. The homozygous beige don't have them, I believe.

I love chinny pics. I need to post some too! I've seen freckling on other chins ears (tans & pink whites) too, its linked to the beige genes. I have one beige that has hardly any freckles and my friend has one whose ears are almost completely covered!
