I will present the situation, at least I'll try, from the budgie's light.
I was given a name by a blondie girl, that is Cocolina, despite being a boy. It seems the mother and father of this new friend, Maia is her name, were very informed about my kind. But on this one they need my help; cuz it happens very fast since bringing me in their home, my home.
I live in a spacious and well lit and I go outside on a city balcony apartment during mostly sunny days. It's summer here. It's been 4 days and these guys, my future friends I guess, are dazzled by my behaviour despite their best intentions. I am curious of them and I chirup went they engage me in boring discussions, but it's fun. The father made some nice perches, treats area and so on. No swing, but I am glad efof their efforts to welcome me. I like the food, but sometimes, mornings...3 by no. when seeds are best, they give me peaches and other nasty fruits. But within 2 hours they feed me the seeds I earn for. But still, these guys are worried. The father, he even went to a vet "shop" not Emergency as they commercialize themselves, just today. His worries are like it goes down.
1. Though he believes I sleep well, he sees that during the night I poop not groups of, but a single line as long as the new wooden perch he made for me. Clean, baked at 300 Celsius and all the menu. This worries him, as he connects my nervousness when I clean my feathers during the day, "more scratchy than cleaning" he said before going out in a transport box to, he believed a Vet for my kind too, the aviary so to speak.
I saw no doctor from that hateful box, but some chatter, not funny.
2. Thing that worries him is my appetite, I eat only seeds and plentiful during the day, bug appetite. Same seeds as in the house with many animals.Tight space, dog poop smell during the night. I am glad he got me as friend in his house.
3. Today was sunny but not too warm for summer, some clouds, some sun, I've been chill at points,b my feathers once tucked with air and warmed by myself, I was ok. I looked funny fluffy. That is one more reason the father made the trip with me. Despite the nose is dry and no crust.
4. Forgot to tell you, the father during this morning moved me to a new bird cage. The one I came with was small. He had to pick me in that one as this big comfy one was not fully prepared. And I came here with them more of an emergency than a proper move to a new house. It took him by surprise, his daughter wish to save me. And he acted in that road.
5. I don't quite clean my self well during these days, cages, trips, doctor discussions. Oh my age is 3.5 months. Sorry, concentrated with his worries it slipped my mind to tell you my age. As saying about my personal toilet, I have poop in my cloaca area, around my beak from the other day, when I spilled the bits of banana to reach my seeds. I still didn't clean my dirt from the cage I was kept with many many of my sisters and brothers. I do it very often but still cleanness is not a thing these days.
6. The poop was say normal the first 2 days. After that it started to turn with liquid, green and sometimes only it comes popcorn like. Last night was like that, but I moved left and right on the perch.

So guys, help the father, I keep saying the father but Maia the blondie, who tells me the best stories, is also sad about my situation.

Yours, the boy Coco.

Welcome to the forum. Are all of the droppings abnormal or just some of them? It's common for birds to kind of "hold it" at night and have a large dropping in the morning and also sometimes stress can make them more watery. The popcorn like I'm not sure about? Do you pics?

@PoukieBear ?

So it sounds like you went to the vet if I understand you correctly? What did the vet say? If you haven’t been, you should see one.

Are the green droppings happening recently? Bright green liquid droppings can be a symptom of psittacosis/chlamydia. Is Cocolina fluffed up and not active? I think he needs to go back to the vet.

Welcome to the forum Mihai :)

Regarding the poop problem, a vet visit should help you figure out if something is wrong.
This link may help, but a vet visit is a must; Is your bird suffering from poopology - All about bird droppings

To enhance the diet, you could try sprouting some seeds, it´s super easy; Some general info on sprouting .. thought it might be helpful | Avian Avenue Parrot Forum

I´m not sure what this dog poop smell you talk about is. The dog should be taken out to the street to do his business, and the poop disposed of in a bin out in the street.

The vet's assistant was there and he doesn't specialise in avian. The real surgeon vet is away most of the day and comes only called on the phone. There they don't have any medicine supply even with a bird vet present all time. They mostly sell stuff for care and food.
So only Tuesday the vet is available. I will look during these days for another vet as back-up. Thanks for the advise, I am in for a vet visit for Coco. Calls and emails. Its harder in the Balkans, I guess but I am afraid it will be late.

Some are green since a 12 hours ago. I would not call bright green as its more green/gray tint...Fluffed she is, active only when engaged. She/he played with a bell toy this evening without our involvement.

Thanks for the link, will follow through. Its a Pet shop where animals are in my opinion treated with impassive cruelty. They sell only not care to sell. Small space for a pet facility I guess. They sell for adoption rabbits, hamsters, fish, dogs and all sort of birdies in a 40 sqm area, probably less. A reason for me to make escape a budgie as I was already prepared to adopt one for our daughter. I knew whatever I will try to save from there it will eventually have health issues. Any.. So yes, dogs poop on the floor too sometimes. Monday I will write a complaint to the local authorities even the language might present a problem.
Edited: I was not prepared with an available veterinary clinic, my mistake.

These are 2 photos. The droppings of early morning and Coco. He seems active and hungry. Not carrot hungry but "the burger seeds" he loves so much.
Guys, I take this opportunity to thank you all, for loving animals and nature and nonetheless for your involvement and dedication.
I went through the forum last night and now my hopes increased for all captive animals thanks to you caring for them.

I don't see anything wrong with those poops. The wetter ones are just because of a little extra urine. The colour change is also normal, and caused by a change in what he's choosing to eat. The faeces themselves look solid enough.

And hope was not in vain. I went to the nearest pet shop and I purchased new food. In a box this time. Changed the food, similar in content with millet as main component. Coco started to "speak", more active during the day. Cleaner feathers, no more droppings around the bottom.
All this done according to the advice of the new veterinary medic I managed to find.
I smelled the old food bag and it was humid/putrid smelly. Sad and careless of me not doing this in the pet shop from where I adopted Coco. Lesson learned.
Build several toys now. I will post my ideas and the results tomorrow.
Thanks guys!

His aviary cage is a 49cm x 35cm with a height of 55cm. Kind of cramped as it looks in the photos. I will see what he chooses, or at least I will leave what item raises his interest more.
