You're in Canada, you should be able to find Ella's Kitchen organic baby foods (I pick it up at Shoppers Drug Mart in the baby aisle). There are a couple that are really good for Vitamin A (carrot, apple, parsnip) that you could mix with rice.

So sorry, I also keep a close eye on everyone especially with everyone maturing. For now some extra TLC , Crushed food if they have a hard time eating, vitamins in the water and maybe a trip out just with you. :hug8:

Josie will be in my thoughts. Accidents happen. My Ananda got bitten by Penguin last week and I was really worried and scared for her. Thank you for posting this thread. I'm sure your girl will be fine!!!

:hug8: It's so hard to watch them every second. We had to move Sophia out of the bird room because of a problem like this. Zuni (M2) is very aggressive towards her, so we started doing separate 'out' times. Zuni would fly and land on her cage, and she'd go right over to try to drive him off. He got her toe two different times, and we finally just decided that they can't live anywhere near each other. Now I only bring her in the room if he's caged and she can be on the boing. I hope Josie recovers quickly.

Thank you everyone :hug8:

Josie's been pretty active today. Still not eating too much yet (mostly mushed carrots, rice and sweet potato), but progressively more. She's also been vocalizing quite a bit. She will not take her meds without a full-on battle  So still got lots of spunk. I think I'm having a harder time dealing with it (it looks pretty bad visually) than Josie, actually - it's not really slowing her down much. So I'm hoping this keeps up.

Sending my prayers that Josie heals up just fine.

This is one of my biggest fears, that my large bird will someday (in a moment of inattentiveness) hurt one of my smaller birds. It could happen to anyone of us. Don't fret too much, just keep praying that everyone will come out OK. That's the most important thing.

I now have my big and littler ones in separate rooms. I know things could still happen, but it's better than them rooming together.

With Target flying into another room, I guess where they live does't really matter much! Maybe the littles in a room with a door that you can close while target flies about?

Hoping that Josie will continue to improve and be 100% soon.
