Those poops look pretty good. If you will notice on the top poop, the part that came out first is very dark, but the rest is parrot poop green. In the bottom poop it is all parrot poop green. Both are well formed and not liquid.
He probably doesn't need to go to the Dr. - most likely he ate something that made his poop black. Try giving him the day without his Baytril this morning and if the poops stay good give it to him tonight. A 24 hour pause won't hurt - what day of the 10 regimen of Baytril is he on?
