And I have flaxseed oil every day, and they only 2-3 times/week.
I don't add flaxseed oil - it's the seeds themselves. But I guess it's the same - you're saying for the fids, I should only add the seeds 2-3 times a week?

That is what I do, just because I don't really know if they need it every day like we do. Better to give them less then to much. :)

Since you have females think about China seeds instead of flax. We just addressed this in another thread. Both hemp and flax may stimulate egg laying because of estrogenic properties. I would ask my vet about the almond milk because mine said it was ok. It is sometimes difficult to get correct information on bird feeding.
