And I have flaxseed oil every day, and they only 2-3 times/week.

I don't add flaxseed oil - it's the seeds themselves. But I guess it's the same - you're saying for the fids, I should only add the seeds 2-3 times a week?

That is what I do, just because I don't really know if they need it every day like we do. Better to give them less then to much.

Since you have females think about China seeds instead of flax. We just addressed this in another thread. Both hemp and flax may stimulate egg laying because of estrogenic properties. I would ask my vet about the almond milk because mine said it was ok. It is sometimes difficult to get correct information on bird feeding.

thanks Lady Jane. Do you mean Chia seeds? If so, I do have some of those.
