My parrot has just plucked a feather from her wing and then she started preening it and then made it look all perfect and neat.. Pulled off a few little down feathers from the bottom of it.. And then dropped it.. (She was kinda eating it) Is this normal?? (She has also been rubbing her beak so much that on one side it has white scratches on the side of it)

If the feather was going to come out anyway then it's fine.

When the feathers start to get loose, it sometimes seems to bug them and they will give them a little tug. It's normal, as is playing with the molted feather. Actually plucking out a flight feather (that isn't ready to come out) is extremely painful, kind of like pulling a tooth, it's fairly rare for birds to pluck flight feathers and they definitely wouldn't feel up to casually playing with the feather afterward.
