Alexandrine parakeets are not able to be sexed visually at such a young age. They are only sexually dimorphic as adults.

but i heard they can be sexed visually by their head size...

That is very hard to tell. It also is not always accurate. You would have to have it DNA tested. Plus even adult males and females CAN look and act like the other gender.
