Does it seems blockage in my inr parrot nares.I can't be able to properly recognize her.Other than her behaviour is absolutely normal,ate well,plays everyday and so talks,shouts daily

From what I can see, they look okay to me. Do they seem to be bothering her? If there's anything in there sometimes misting/giving a bath can loosen things up.

And there is no any discharge from nare
Sometimesmy inr stick toe nails to nares and then sneeze which is dry

No visible blockage what you're seeing is just the sides of the nares. They don't go straight down, they are at an angle so looking straight on you see the inside.
All I see is totally normal. Parrots pick as much as we do. Dryness can cause sneezing, but it's not sick.

I have an IRN, his nares look the same, maybe some dirt or dust in there, looks like shes starting to moult,,dry air will make them sneeze, if theres not discharge, or wet sneezes, then I think your ok, but do keep an eye on her, only you know her .

Is it humid where you are? Your air needs to be at 50% humidity

I would say it's normal, not harmful but a bath may help. :)
