I have no idea on Pepper's gender...all I can tell you is s/he has that wonderfully inscrutable look of wisdom on her/his face all Greys have...
I think its a boy, my grandma has an african grey, and shes a girl with a more rounded head. Also, I'm NO expert, but this is my personal opinion
