Is my cockatiel being aggressive or just overbearing?

My parakeet always tries to go to kiss my cockatiel. But whenever he does my cockatiel seems kinda aggressive.
I have seen them regurgitate to each other many times and have also seen my cockatiel making heart wings while singing to my parakeet many times. When they regurgitated to each other, my cockatiel did it very aggressively, but they were both okay with it.
But sometimes like in this video, I can’t tell if it’s aggression or if my cockatiel is just too crazy with the kiss attempt.

Example of a questionably successful kiss?

To me, the second video was mutual affection, but the first looked more like "please get the heck away from me."

Are they housed together?

The first video show the cockatiel being a bit forceful. The wee one wasn't having it and left.
The second video seemed alot gentler and accepted.
