Can anyone tell me what bird is this?? Sent by a family member to me. They did not take the photo themselves.

What country and region? What kind of environment - forest, heath, beach, suburbs? Might help narrow things down!

Edited to add: sorry, just seen that the family member didn't take the photo and won't have access to that information. Honestly my inclination is that it's a photoshopped photo...
