Worked on a couple projects after I got done spending $$ with the sales.

1. I had to rehang the shower curtains behind cages. Command hooks just can not hold up. Don't use them.

2. Today the girls got natural boings installed on the outside of the cages! Both were watching very intently while I worked and as soon as I finished, they were all over them! They love them!

Hubs even likes working with grape vine. He was working on a swing for them to play on while I worked on my stuff. I think he did a great job for the first time!

I still have one more project to do tomorrow. I had plexi glass panels cut to fit the doors of their cages. That is where they eat and without some form of block up, they will fling food EVERYWHERE! I have to drill holes in the plexi for the food dishes and the perch next to it. Wish me luck. I am scared of cracking them.

Well done. Looks great.

I've drilled through plexiglass lots of times. My only tip is that you start with a drill bit way smaller than you will eventually need the hole to be and gradually redrill using larger drill bits until it eventually is big enough. I found the drill bit getting stuck multiple times, if I went with the larger drill bit straight away. doing it as above seems a bit fiddly, but worked better for me.

The lady at Lowes told me the same thing. I am going to try it tomorrow and hope for the best. Have never worked with it, but really need to contain their mess when they eat! LoL!

Thanks, y'all! I had gone out and harvested a bunch of grapevine a few weeks ago. Rhoma and Rhema really like chewing off the bark, so I try to keep some on hand for perches and finding different ways to use it. I had seen where someone else had done something similar on FB a while back and as soon as I got more grape vine, I had to do it! They love it!

Grapevine is a favorite for my flock also...I don't have access to cutting down my own but there is a great vendor close to me who specializes in grapevine products. I have quite a bit of her stuff.:)

Does your vendor have a website? I would love to see their items!
