One thing I've noticed is that Hunter LIVES to eat. Yesterday I fed her a few minutes late and she tried to climb out of the food door of her cage to dive into the bag of seed (we're working on pellets) but I caught her before Jasmine noticed she had gotten out. (I swear, Jasmine wants nothing more in this world than to play with and/or eat Hunter! She wasn't like this with Carrot. Also, Maverick couldn't care less about the birds.) Another thing she did was fly up onto the (turned off) ceiling fan and would not come down. I had to stand on a chair and ask her to step up for 2 whole minutes before she decided to step up . She's so much sweeter and gentle than my previous 2 cockatiels. I think I want to keep her . I'm not really sure about keeping her though, I kind of want to try and foster some bigger birds. Such a hard decision!
Anyways, here's a picture of Hunter on the ceiling fan.
She looked much more smug in person than the picture!
