How to make this snuggle buddy fleece toy?

Okay so I haven't been able to find ANYWHERE where to get more of these but then I figured I could totally just make my own but I couldn't find anywhere any directions how to make this. I only have one bird my lovebird and he LOVES to snuggle up with these when its cold. I feel bad because I haven't been able to find him more and when I do find him some I usually have to throw them away after a few months because he likes to puke on them/feed them like its alive LOL!!

Here they are, these are not birds or my photos just a reference:

They are basically straps of fleece tied at a tip of a base, and my bird LOVES to hide inside and keep warm when it gets cold! As winter approaches I want him to be warm!!

I don't know where to get those, but have you considered a heated perch and / or heat pad for when it's cold?
