How To Make Signatures Smaller?

I want to make my signature smaller but I don't know how to get the little birds on top of the bigger birds. Does that make sense? I want everything to be smaller and maybe have the small birds on top of the large ones.

If you want to change individual pictures inside the whole picture you need to do that in a photo editor. If you want to just make the whole thing smaller without changing it then you must resize it in the photo editor.

I'm pretty sure they have an auto resizer installed so when they turn that on the picture will automatically be resized down.
