Because babies are just too cute. BP's have been hatching for the past couple months here. These babies were from the first bp (and my first own snake) I ever got that I raised up from a month old. She only had two fertile eggs this clutch, and we got a male and female lesser morph that will be staying home with me. So it was one of my favorites so far.

When she first came out of the egg.

After the first shed! Her colors starting to come in, will only get better as she gets older.

Cute!!

How big are they when they first hatch? Would you happen to have any size comparison photos (like the baby next to a coin or something)?

Beautiful. I like snakes but they are not interactive enough to keep as pets, in my opinion. I love watching them and looking at their scales and how the scales form the markings. I think they are some of the most beautiful animals in the world.

Of course I think birds are also beautiful; and they are much more interactive.

Thanks guys!

Lois: They are interactive to a degree, they all have personalities thats for sure and I do take them out. Though I decided to get into reptiles while I was in university and didn't have time to play with any animal, so they were perfect. Now I just love watching them, I like to hold them too (which I do). I just enjoy caring for them.
