Hi
I have a male cockatiel.
I can learn to CoCo some command. He learned to land on my hand and go home (cage).
But I have a problem.
He doesn't obey if go to the busy place like lunchroom.
Why?

He might be scared. Your tiel is young still. It took my cockatiel months before he was comfortable going to different rooms.

He is either scared or distracted.

Also remember, when you ask your bird to do things, they are just that; a request. It is not a command, your bird will not do what you ask of him 100% of the time.

Try taking him to new rooms on your shoulder and let him just be there. Don´t ask him to do things at first. Just let him sit and look and see what is going on and look around the room. When he is more comfortable in new rooms you can start practising recall.

He always flyes in another room. I don't why he is busy yet.

I agree with Zara. When I first had Gromit he was always flighty when I went into new rooms, but it was because he wasn't used to it and was still getting to know me too, so the trust wasn't strong.
I just practiced every time I took him out that we would hangout in the kitchen. When he calmed down in that area we would hangout in the bedroom and lookout the window, then try another room, etc. Now he's excited just to be travelling around.

I now have friend for Gromit and she's just the same, so I have to start this practice all over again. It really takes time to earn their trust, so be patient and enjoy the learning experience. Every bird is different, and their time with adjustment will never meet your time.

You will have to allow him to adjust to going to new places. Once he is used to that room then start training him there. The more rooms or locations you get him comfortable with and train him in the more reliable he will become in different circumstances.

Also, in addition to the suggestions already posted, when you are getting him used to a new room, try sitting down with him rather than walking all around the room.

Did you get him back?

How did he escape?

Edit:
I´m not sure how popular @parrotalert Lost and Found Parrots / Birds - Parrot / Bird Reporting and Alerting Register is in Iran.

Have you posted picture in facebook groups?
Walked around the streets calling him?
Gone around the neighbourhood with pictures asking if anyone has seens him?
Checked neighbours gardens?
Checked on top of apartment building roofs?
Looked in the local park in the trees?
Hung posters on local lampposts and in local meeting points - coffeeshops etc?
Advised local animal services (the pound, rescue centres)?
Drop a poster off at the police station, fire station?

I’m so sorry to hear that he go out. :(Any updates? I got my tiel back after four days, and many people have gotten their birds back after they were out longer than that, so don’t give up!

Thanks for worry about CoCo.
I'm searching and I can't find him. I walked in the street with car and stay for hear sound from CoCo and I can't. My heart is broken.
I love CoCo. I saw his picture and I'm sad. I cried for him.

What is your neighbourhood like?
Is it houses or blocks of apartments?
Have you told the neighbours you lost him?
Did you advise police and rescue centres?

How did he escape?

I tell them and I'm living in an apartment. I can't find the organization for rescue. I'm the only rescuer for CoCo.

I mean a rescue centre, like where animals go when they are abandoned - people usually takes aniamls they find there so it is good to tell them. Take a photograph.
Did you advise police and firemen? They are sometimes called when an animal is found up a tree, or other difficult to reach place.

Did you check on the roof?

Sometimes lost birds stay. Lose for the first day or so. Look up in trees or other high places. Put up posters and tell your neighbors. I pray you find him!

I am so sorry CoCo got away! Please don't lose hope, keep looking for CoCo every day. CoCo is still out there, unless someone found CoCo. If you have facebook , try using the classifieds or community facebook pages as well. Get the word out that your bird is missing. GOod luck!
