LOL I agree entirely, I've bought a few books on lories and lorikeets and was shocked to see just how many they are, but they are so beautiful too.

WOW, beautiful!!! I love lories and lorikeets, so many beautiful colours! Maybe one day when I live on my own I will buy one, if my SO ever allows for it... definitely wouldn't keep one at my parents!!!

They are aren't they, trouble is, I'd love one of each as well, but they are hard work and having 4 of them already is MORE than enough! With a full time job and activities at the weekend, they take up the rest of my time. I can't wait till I can retire and spend even more time with them (then I will probably get more tee hee).
