No they do not. They are clipped. About 3 seconds after taking this photo, they both jumped from their respective perches and were exploring garden with me. They also both got showers from the sprinkler.

I grew up with birds my entire life. Scallywags our B&G who is 65 years old has literally known me my entire life. I inherited Scally nearly 15 years ago. But she isn’t my first large bird.
