Found a darling lime boy at the bird show!

And I've named him Tamale



He's a little unsure, but he seems to like me pretty well. He doesn't like my daughter, but he lets me rub his head and he shows me where to rub LOL. He's in the back room in quarantine since I have a budgie Chili... I can't wait until he can come out here with the rest of us. It is making me crazy. I hate that I can't see him all day long!

He is very cute! You could always spend time with him in back and then change clothes and wash when coming back to where your budgie is? I'd hate for him to be lonely! How did his first vet visit go?

I do visit him quite a bit, and I am doing quarantine wrong because I don't change clothes. BAH! I've ruined the quarantine haven't I? I wash my hands after I handle him, but my budgie is too shy to come out. I can get close to her and feed her millet in the cage, but she really doesn't like me. She was sick when I got her and we went through a long ordeal to get her well. now she's basically afraid of hands is just wearing the same clothes through the house enough to ruin the quarantine?

I have one the same color. I've always called him a pastel yellow because he's certainly different than the american yellows.
