Finally completed making a bird stand.

Thanks guys! Hanging millets everywhere helped. He is still afraid of getting onto ladders, even though he is used to wooden ladders in his cage. But now he sits for couple of hours on the stand and plays around. Attaching some more pics of him on stand

I agree with Chopper, it may be the bright colors. What kind of birds other than your tiel are you trying to put on it?

He does go up and down the ladder now. I think more than the color, it was the size of the stand he was afraid of. But now he doesn't want to get off the stand. :)
