That's a really good idea! I rarely ever freeze Mash because it's always soggy.I thaw mine in the fridge, wrapped in paper towels which absorb the moisture. I change the paper towel a couple of times and doing this, I've found that my chop is no longer soggy after having been frozen.
Before you freeze it in bags or an ice cube tray, mix in uncooked grains such as oats, to absorb the excess moisture.That's a really good idea! I rarely ever freeze Mash because it's always soggy.
