@Zara recently posted something about using bird feathers...well today I was looking around for something to make my mini terrarium look pretty, and saw my jar of bird feathers...and voilà! Feathery planter! Alas, Jeff doesn't moult as much as Mabel so it's just yellow feathers for now! I just need two mini 'tiel figures or something to pull it together

I love putting feathers in my terrariums! They look so pretty and colourful. Mabel's feathers look so lovely. :)

I frequently put Simon's smaller feathers and down in a jar with a lid. Then I can unscrew the lid and smell the lovely Simon smell when he is on holiday.

Ooh that looks cool!!!! Do you keep that pot inside? Mine are all outside, I´d be scared to lose the feathers :(

Funny, I was out last night preening the plants and noticed my haworthia fasciata has sprouted a pup! I got 2 last year as well :)

Yeah mine are inside as my balcony isn't that big!

Yeah one of mine came with a tiny pup but I'm too scared to do anything about it! Do you replant them?

Yes, I let them get a good size first, then replant the pup. It´s easier than you think :)

Edit:
IMG_20190531_210904.jpg two fascista pups and a lymifolia pup :)
