Eggs OK for Aracaris?

When I have Lupe out in the morning and I am having a scrambled egg he fights me for it! He will sneak over to my plate and grab a bite. I let him have a bite but stop him cuz I think he would eat the whole plate . I occasionally give my parrot some egg but I was not sure if this is OK for an Aracaris?

I would not feed him scrambled eggs at all because they are high in iron. The egg yolks especially are problematic since aracaris need a diet low in iron.

Thanks! I was thinking about protein content in eggs. Guess I did not think they were high in iron. Glad I did not let him have much. Funny how he could be so crazy about something that is so bad for him. There was a piece of egg spilled on the counter top I did not notice. He did and had it in his beak a second after he spotted it. Lupe will have to be in his cage during breakfast!
