See for yourself! (he is playing with a wooden bead) I apologize for the crappy quality too.. it is raining and miserable at the moment, hence the darkness. I used my video camera which I rarely use and it is supposed to be HD.

By the way, yes, he is like this all the time, as is my other kitten! They get so excited over toys that they can roll, throw and etc, they will play for hours. Something funny they do, they play fetch.. for example, if you throw a bit of newspaper rolled up into a ball (usually they don't care what it is), they will get it, and bring it back, and want you to throw it again.. this goes on for ages, over and over again, I swear they must be part dog.

Nope, they are all cat. Think about what cats hunt: mice, rats, anything that moves fast and runs. That is the reason they like to play with moving objects; either things you move or they can move. You want a real laugh? Buy a cheap cat toy called the Cat Dancer. It is a peice of wire rolled up in a circle with a peice of cardboard on the end just big enough for a cat to see. They can see the cardboard, but not the wire and they jump up to catch the cardboard arching through the air. Wonderful action. You don't even have to move the toy, they do all the moving; you just have to hold the one end.

I have eight cats. My oldest is 15 and my youngest will be four years old in July. The cat in my picture is my oldest.

It is funny seeing them jump into the air, the kittens do it when they are chasing flies, they have flipped over and all! I will have to see if I can find that toy. 8 cats wow, we have 1 cat and 2 kittens and people think we are crazy cat people.

I am definitely a crazy cat lady. When my wife and I were breeding, we had a high of 26 cats at one time. That was 18 years ago, however. Now I am a crazy bird lady!
