I thought a family member was keeping her.... but I wasn't certain they had picked her up from Doll's house. If I recall correctly (and may not have because I've cried through most of the posts), Kathy was still at Doll's with someone that had been caring for Doll.

Glen has been back and forth every day, Kathy is eating/talking/singing a little more each day

We have been so busy, we had to take Marley to the vet last night, sore foot, we don't know if Sky knocked him off the perch which he loves to do . . . his foot/leg is moving well, a little swollen foot but not much and doesn't look broken. She gave him a shot in the leg with pain/anti-inflammatory/antibiotic medicine and for us to administer 2 ml of Metacam every 12 hours. We have to go back tomorrow night if it is still bothering him for blood work and an x-ray, possibly the liver could be pressing on a vein is another concern. Amber is being Amber full of cuddles and kisses.

I did not have the opportunity or privilege to meet Dolly on this forum, as I'm not "here" much. Clearly, she was a great lady who is and will be very much missed. My deepest condolences on your loss.

We took Marley to the vet again on Friday night and the dr. is very confident that it is a bad sprain, continue with the Metacam and we have a follow-up this coming Friday. We also took our 1 year old sun conure Amber with us to conduct a DNA test and should have the results by Monday ~hugs

I am new to this forum so i never meet Dolly here, but after reading what ppl say she seemed to be a lovely lady.

I send my condolances to her family and hope it goes well for the birds.
