Also SPECIAL NEEDS BIRDS where they may have problems standing/walking on perches.
Shows how the material put onto perch.
Or even make your own wide perch or platform then put the material on as shown in video.

Interesting, we use a similar idea at the wildlife rescue, but use the green color, plastic outdoor carpet,,,, birds of prey don't chew and it's easy to clean.

Sorry just realized what we are using has a different material easy to keep clean as well. But does come in different colours.
