She had a slight name change, I have a crazy Aunt Lilah so couldn't call her that!

So Delilah it is She is settling in wonderfully! She is just so darn cute and funny! She loves scritches and being pet, just don't pick her up, lol. I can respect that!
Everyone should have a Chinchilla, they are the best!

Yes! She loves her new toys! She is just so adorable I can't stand it! lol

She is a cutie..I LOVE that picture of her in the wheel...Ive always tossed around the idea of a chinchilla, but never have looked into it. They are cute thats for sure!

In general, chins aren't big on being held. But they do love their pets!

She is precious, what a face! She looks so happy.

If she starts to chew on that plastic wheel and house, remove them right away. I have had 2 chinchillas die from plastic ingestion (plastic cat carrier), so it is a real risk. There are sites that teach you how to make a metal wheel for like $20 or buy a metal one. I would buy her a pine house, they have them at some pet stores or you can make one with pine. If she doesn't eat it, then you are ok, but you are always taking a small risk. Just an FYI!

Thanks! I know, I need to remove all the plastic in her cage, she came with the cage and all that stuff, has lived in there for 3 years. I am going to order a Chin Surfer wheel but it is expensive, lol, some Flat top perches from Danita to get rid of the plastic ledges she has in there and I already ordered a fleece set for the cage- a fleece liner, hidey hut and fleece tube and hammock.
I am slowly changing everything for her, within 2 weeks she should be decked out in newly designed cage
