I came across an ad on an internet market site selling 4 month old macaws that are "tame and declawed" (???)
Is that even a thing?

It's probably a scammer. They copy and paste other pet classified ads and alot of the time they make no sense.

Any time you see a bird ad talking about declawing, vaccines, fixed, etc, they are scams :)
