She said that 90% of the babies that are this colour that come from this specific pair have turned out to be male (she used to DNA test most babies, or their new owners did). She in no way guaranteed it and made it clear that she couldn't say for sure, it's just the way things have turned out in the past! She could tell me for sure that the creamino I was interested in was a 100% a female based on genetics. I don't know much about lovebird genetics, but do trust what the breeder told me. Either way he/she is loved!I wonder what made the breeder say they thought male.
