I was wondering the same thing. My mother and sister have that pan. I was trying to find out if it leached gasses. Hopefully someone here can answer your question. My mom and sis say its a great pan. Its says on the fAQ section "Does the Copper Chef Deep Dish Pan contain PTFE or PFOA?
Absolutely not. The Copper Chef Deep Dish Pan is free of both PTFE & PFOA. "
