Coconut Oil at Costco

I found this at Costco and have been adding it to my chop, it was only $17 and if you look at the nutritional facts, it's a great addition. I simply warm teaspoon up to make it a liquid again and mix it in once a week.

I use it to grease my pans for birdie bread, in homemade treats, as the oil for popcorn...

For myself, I use it daily as a makeup remover and moisturizer. I use it as a carrier oil for essential oils, and its delicious in stir fry!

i use it in my hair for softening and on my hands. I also give it to my dogs at 1 tsp/10lbs/day. I think it smells delightfuli too use it to grease Pyrex baking dishes for birdie bread.

I get my coconut water at Costco but will check it out next shopping trip, I use it in my Birdie bread, thanks!

I use the oil on the pans, and a little in the birdie bread too. I never thought of some of these other uses.

As a treat. I will also make a piece of multi grain toast and spread the coconut oil on it and give them each a piece. They love it
