I have a cocktail and he is sitting bottom cage . Also fluffed out and sleepy . I also noticed he has poop stuck to him not sure what's wrong he is over 20yrs old

I hope that your cockatiel will be OK. Based on the symptoms you have listed I would recommend that you take him to the vet. Keep him warm and calm. You can cover the cage on 3 sides. Make sure that he is eating and drinking.

Time is of the essence my friend. Get to the vet. A bird showing those symptoms is already very sick. They hide illness very well so by the time you see something wrong, there is really something wrong.

Don't worry too much, he'll see it. Crank up the heat in your car, birds use a lot of energy keeping their body temerature up. This will help him use that energy to fight whatever he has. You're doing great so far. Take him to the vet ASAP.
