Is he hand tamed? My male cockatiel was the same until I took him out of his cage talked to him and stroke him gentley, he started to trust me then he started to eat
ok, well i can't take him out of the aviary, that would really stress him out, not being in an aviary, and then being alone. plus i have no other cage. he must be eating, just not a lot.
