Cockatiel in West PA/East Ohio?

So I was all set up to adopt a little pearl female Tiel this weekend. She was adopted out from under me. I am crushed but I must not have been meant to have her.

I am posting to see if there are any rehoming tiels around my area? I am thinking I want a female but don't have any other prefrences. I don't want to spend a lot to get one I rather have the money to spoil him/her.

I am North West of Pittsburgh and willing to drive into Ohio some. Not too far for the bird's sake.

@webchirp has green cheeks she is fostering, but may know of some tiels through her vet or the rescue?

Birds are pretty resilient; I have gone 12 hours in the car with them Don't know if that helps or not!
