A cozy book nook, a soft spot near a trickling stream, a tropical beach somewhere... your place to relax & unwind after a stressful day

A favorite of Tahlia(one of my dogs) and I is to watch the sun rise after our early morning walk. It's one of my favorite ways to relax and start the day. It's a small thing, but one of the best parts of my day for me.
This was her about a week ago after our walk.

I do too! I got it for her birthday last year, and I prefer it over the thinner nylon she had prior. IMO, wide collars look really good on the bigger dogs.

Back when I was looking for her present, I couldn't find one her size that didn't have tons of huge spikes on it.
Never understood that one with dogs.
My "little" princess would not look good in them.

This is my grand nephew Baby Rhette in his Mom's arms. He is a very loved baby and very special because he was born with Cystic Fibrosis. He is receiving the best of care from the Johns Hopkins CF Center.

For me this is relaxation.
To take an evening walk under the umbrella and enjoy the calm/peace and the adorable smell that always is their when it rains in the summer.
