I so agree with Doris about now knowing...yes, you still morn him and will for a long time...BUT, keep your heart open...they know where the LOVE is and will lead another bird who needs that love you have to help them....No, his place will never be taken but his / your love will go forward in another bird....That is his gift to you....
I am just coming across this, Coco. I am so sorry for your loss of Charles. Sending hugs and supportive energy for you. Poor Sabrina must be very lonely. One never knows how long we are going to have with a pet, so we must remember to cherish every day we do have.
I'm so sorry Coco...I know the pain of losing such a loved budgie so young... 2-3 years old is always a scary age for me with them because that's when things like cancer and tumors seem to hit budgies the most. Right now I have a two year old with a little bulge and holding her wings out a lot, and I'm very scared for her. We go to the vet Monday. I'm praying it's only a fatty tumor, but in my heart I don't think it is...
