I have the nikon set on Standard with saturation just one level above 0. VIVID on nikon is just Crazy exploding colors! I haven't looked for that option on the Rebel. i'll do that shortly and see if the color is any richer. I have a sorry canon sd760 p&s and i was expecting way better from a dslr

that cushion cover is going back....they very kindly consented to make it Rudy proof (i.e. no exposed elastic...they will add a tuck-under-seat strip of fabric) for a small fee. It is so nice of them! They get amused with all my Rudy pics

the second batch is also Canon, Coco. I bumped up the saturation a bit.
My Nikon is a D90 with external flash.

i also bumped up the sharpness two notches. I'm not an expert photographer so I am sure there are TONS of capabilities of both Nikon AND Canon I am unaware of!
