I was working on teaching Sophie to read. I have to get back to doing that.
Also when Mulder and Scully were together and they would stand on their IGAW platform they would always stand behind their names.
I thought that was more than just a coincidence.

I know, really! I felt the same! Like some parent the PTA whispers about at school.

Well, you know with Mulder and Scully there is always something "more"

We just worked on a few words such as her name, her sister's name, apple, water, seed....words that were relevant to her. She would listen and look for a bit but then just wanted to go and play. Didn't work on phonics just used a whole language method. I was going to try some phonics, too, but never did that.
As for Mulder and Scully...LOL...maybe I should be working with them on reading since they seem to be able to read their names.
