cage licking, caused by lack of calcium?

my female was licking the cage top quite intensively in multiple locations, is this something commonly caused by calcium deficiency? they had their in-cage cuttlebone dropped on the floor and i hadn't replaced it for about a week since they are out of the cage for hours and they have a cuttlebone in their playground on top of the cage, although it seems they lose interest to this specific one when i place it in the playground.

Cuttlebone doesnt really provide proper calcium, you can better provide it with: Leafy vegetables like kale, mustard greens and collards and even green veggies such as okra, broccoli and zucchini

...maybe someone can fact check me here though haha
