On a good, but rather ironic note, I received 4 DVDs from Shelly at Avian Antics today. It's the remaining 4 DVDs that I didn't have from Barbara Heidenreich (minus the newest one ). They were my birthday present for myself (my birthday and Bryan, my husband's, are a day apart, so we usually plan together, no big surprises).

Yes! Though it's only going to be a small part of the cost overall for me. We're starting off from scratch here, the cost isn't going to be what will make me choose adoption/rehome vs a baby
