budgie copying my habits

Phoenix is back at it again being super cute. I enjoy making paper stars (origami), I’ll make a pile of them on my desk and eventually put them in a box. Well, I noticed phoenix putting his “paper stars” in my pile, too, and he has been consistently bringing his paper stars to my pile (yes they go in the box as well!!) anyone else’s birds copy their habits?

Phoenix is a pretty smart budgie. He recognizes the shape of stars, even when they're different in many ways.

he has started saying his name too, its so funny being told “come here phoenix!” when he wants me closer
